On the 17.05.2013 I called the contract cancellation line (082 1958) and I spoke to Zweli Ndambane who then confirmed that my contract was cancelled. On the 27.05.2013 my account was debited, I then called again to confirm cancellation, I spoke to Zweli again who then confirmed that my contract has been cancelled and that I was debited for the airtime that I received in May, which I understood. On the 21.06.2013 I called again to confirm cancellation, I spoke to Thami who informed me that it was still active, but promised that it will be cancelled effective 30.06.2013 and that no further debits will be going off from my account. Surprisingly, I was debited again on the 27.06.2013, I just called again and I was first told that its still active and after I requested to speak to the manager, I was told that cancellation has been arranged for the 30.06.2013.Im tired of hearing the same story and im disgusted by the pathetic service I've been getting from Vodacom, which is why I decided not to renew my contract in the first place. Vodacom does not value their clients and always makes promises, but fails to deliver.
