I had a subscription of a newspaper (Sunday Times) billed every month until the 26th June 2013 when I called the subscription number requesting cancellation with immediate effect and I was arrogantly told that my subscription will cancel for July not June however last debit order will be June 2013. To my surprise my account has been debited since July 2013 till Dec 2013, clearly my cancellation request was not processed!!! On the 03rd Jan 2014 I called again and the consultant I spoke informed me that cancellation was for the 26th of June 2013 however he can see that it was not processed!! I asked to get back to me as I want my money for the whole 6 months be refunded in my bank account. I then sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and clearly no one saw my e-mail that was sent around 8am. I had to call them again around 11am and to my surprise I was told that Subscriptions dept knocked off at 10am??? How amazing that no one took courtesy of calling me regarding my query.

Can the person in charge of this pathetic service get back to me with immediate effect on 083 469 6565, requesting my FNB Account no to process my refund, nothing else.
