AFTER SPEAKING TO 9 DIFFERENT AGENTS AT VODACOMS CANCELLATION DEPT, I WAS ASSURED BY KARABO THAT MY QUERY WAS DEALTH WITH. FROM APRIL MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR A CONTRACT THAT WAS CANCELLED BY ELITE MOBILE, AFTER BEING SHOVED AROUND FROM ELITE TO VODACOM AND THEY BOTH ASSURED ME THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS PROCESSED BY KARABO. AFTER BEEN ASSURED REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITH IN 7 DAYS I CALLED IN 14 DAYS LATER TO FIND OUT THAT NOZI MASANGO DID NOT DO HER JOB, WHAT HAS THE SERVICE LEVEL COME TO IN THIS COUNRTY . WHERE VODACOM IS HAPPY TO MONEY OFF YOUR ACCOUNT BUT WONT REFUND IT. I HAVE NOW SPOKE TO LUTHU WHO NOW HAS ADVISED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN DO ANYTHING, AFTER BEING WITH VODACOM FOR 13 YEARS IS THIS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THEM
