WHY DOES MTN CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME INCORRECTLY???

I have lodged a query with MTN, by dialing 808 on my cell regarding the pricing which was wrong on my account.
I have a structured deal where I pay a reduced fee of roughly R330.00 instead of R429.00 for my contract.
There has been months where I have been charged R380.00 and MTN was unable to tell me why this is so and after an entire month they credit me for the difference.
The month the credit is due to be processed MTN now mess up my contract and the package and pricing entirely.
My regular benefits where removed and I was given some other contract offering without prior consent.
I now see my statement and it shows that I was billed for data and I need to pay in extra more than my normal subs for the month.
My data was automatically reduced and this had caused for my airtime to have been used to fuel the services on my phone.
I have an accurate data monitor tracker on my phone and I was within my 350 MB allocation yet all my airtime was used up as MTN had reduced my allocation to 150 MB.
Then when I query, my contract goes back to normal, but now I am being charged R380.00 again and not the correct R330.00
I want this fixed ASAP and I demand my refund of my airtime used
