Hi my name is Vusi and i took an i phone on a contract at nashua mobile in Braamfontein and the contract included a phone, 2GB bundles, 25 SMSs and R100 Airtime.
on the 17th month i received my monthly statement as usual but the was an additional cost that i had no knowledge about, when i contacted the customer services i was told that the 2GB data was only free for 12 months then after that i would be charged. i asked how is it possible that the data was for 12 months but im only starting to be billed on the 17th month and was told that maybe the pricing department made a mistake.
i went to the shop to get more clarity and was told that the data was for 12 month and when i possed a question that why this was not on the contract and why the data was added at an extra fee without my knowledge and authorization i was told that the nashua mobile contracts are like that and a call will be logged with the pricing dep and they will let me know once feedback has been received and till today i havent heard anything. The Nashua mobile service is very bad, poor and i regret using them as a service provider for my phone and will never in my life use them again.
