Over charged on my contract

I upgraded my current contract with MTN from a blackberry 9900 to a blackberry Z10. i was told that i would pay R279pm (this ecludes BIS as the phone works with bundles). i was further told that in first month i would be charged and extra /- R120 upgrade fee. In September i was billed R330, and then again in October i was billed another R330.I called customer care to query my account and i was told that thats what i signed for, and that in December i will be billed R420 until the duration of my contract. I was advised to go back to where i took out my contract which is at Campus Sqr and query my account there. At Campus sqr i was told that i was over charged for BIS meanwhile i had been told that this phone does not use BIS. I was told that they will credit back the money they have over chaged me with. Again in November i was billed R330 and now in December ive been billed R420 for a contract that is supposed to cost me R279. I do not have time to keep quering this account, can MTN just PLEASE cancel my contract and take back their phone. i cannot afford to be chraged amounts i never signed for and i do not have energy going back and forth.
