Data incorrectly allocated and I am being charged

Greetings

I upgraded my contract in May to the Samsung S4 contract with 1GB Data. After a few days, I went online to check how much data I had left and the Cell C site said I have almost used all of the 80MB is was assigned. I immediately queried this and was told it was Cell C's error and would be corrected. A few months later I looked at my bill and saw I was being given only 100MB a month and charged for the Data over that limit. I then called Cell C and asked what was going on, and I was informed the data allocation process was not done correctly which they would fix. I then queried about the extra fees I that was taken for the 'Extra' data I used. After a few weeks, I got an sms saying the data limit was fixed but there was to be no refund. This I find unacceptable.

My data is set to be limited at 1GB but the most I have used is 600MB in a month.

Please can someone contact me to have this issue resolved as I feel that I have been wronged.
