Don't receive data I'm billed fo

I did upgrade in September 2013.Package was for R200 airtime and R200 data bundles. October I only got R100 airtime and no data but I'm being billed for this. Furthermore I was not informed that the contract amount will be more than advertised in the mtn book. I queried this on 2Nov. Were told query will b logged and I will b contacted, noone phoned me. I again waited until end Nov to see what airtime and bundles I'll get, again it was the same as the month before. I again went to mtn, yet again I was promised that I will be contacted but this did not happen. I went again to mtn and wanted to speak to a manager, i were told managers don't work on saturdays. I've been sent around from 1 mtn branch to another! Noone is able to assist me... how incompetent!!! I've had contract wit mtn for many years and this is the 1st time, I'm encountering problems. I need this fixed asap! I want to pay what I saw in the mtn book when I did upgrade and I want the data and airtime I pay for every month!!!
