Eing billed for cancelled contracts!

I can't even begin to express disappointment with MTN.Issue started when my contract expired and I did not cancel, hoping to stay on month2month, Little did I knw that remaining on contract would end costing me more than the actual contract! When I called to query that they billed me more than usual they said that I was being billed for a "promo" to qualify for this promo I would hv had to renew or take a new contract. The agent advised to log credits and refund BACK into my account (still waiting) The following month, my debit order went through as normal, I had 2 contracts on with MTN, top up 200 and Top up 100 which would cost me R380.Now that I am out of term I expected to pay R360 with BIS included on the Top Up 200 line!
on 2 occasions I called, agents said issue could not be resolved without me losing my allocation airtime, which i paid for! Cancelled both contracts on Nov the 7, the allocation date of 21 Nov came and went without them giving me airtime come month end, I hv vultures debiting my bank account. WHY?? Beats me! The Robot like agents at 173 won't help me, say I am prepaid they advised me to call 0831808. I got though the IVR but can't go further cause i am prepaid
