UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY SERVICES

I have noticed an item on my account stated as "content charge". It was explained that it is for a third party service. I did not request this service, but MTN is collecting on their behalf, without confirmation from me that I subscribed to this service. MTN knows that a lot of these third party companies activate these services, whether in error or on purpose, without the service ever being requested. Yet, MTN does not have a policy in place yet, where MTN themselves seek customer confirmation that the service was requested by their client. They basically take the company at their word, which is akin to processing a debit order on my bank account without me authorizing it, or receiving the service. This, in my opinion, makes MTN complicit in. They are capable of preventing this problem by simply requesting confirmation from their clients whether they did sign up for something, yet they refuse to do so. They basically turn a blind eye to, which cannot be prevented by their clients, but is within their power to do, and then turn around and tell their clients to sort it out themselves with this third party, after they have received their commission of course.
