Angry no signal

I have been having constant signal issues with cell c. i am struggling to make calls and receive calls. send and receive texts. I am becoming very impatient with cell c because it seems i have no signal anywhere. i never ever have clear signal. no matter what area i am in, IN DURBAN i would appreciate it if they got this issue sorted out before i go to another service provider who can actually get the job done right...

I had an emergency and i had no signal and was not able to get hold of anyone .. why am i paying r400 a month for a phone that never has signal. it is becoming a serious problem that i am constantly losing signal. and it doesn't happen in only 1 area it happens everywhere. please get this sorted out
