Illegal deductions on behalf of third parties

I discovered that MTN made additional deductions from my account, in respect of a third party without notifying me. When I queried this I was told that SMS messages were send to me by this third party and that as I did not respond to these sms messages it is taken for granted that I accept such fees/costs to be deducted via MTN from my account. I strongly condemn this malpractice of MTN. It is illegal. I entered into a written contract with MTN for an agreed upon amount for THEIR serv ices to be deducted from my account. I did not give MTN cart blanch to deduct ANY other amounts iro third parties. It seems MTN receives commission/a fee for giving third party companies access to my account by incorporating amounts in MTN's account under the heading "Content charge". I delete sms messages from unknown sources without reading such messages. I did not obtain a cellphone for third parties to bombard me with marketing and that I have to on my cost, reply to each and every one. MTN told me to sort this out myself with the third party! I have no written contract/agreement with this third party. MTN, s refr 101791540.I feel MTN can no longer be trusted with direct access to my bank account.
