Refusal to reverse unauthorised debit orde

I noticed a debit order this morning (5 May 2013) that was clearly not authorised and decided to contact the customer services department on 0860 102 043.

I requested to have this debit order reversed as i had no clue who this third party is, had no agrrement with them and also requested that they take a good look at my statement which confirms that all my debit orders go off on the 1st of every month. This was confirmation that this was not authorised but this didnt matter to the consultant.

Now my question to capitec is what ever happrned to protecting your customers just like other banks?
i mean i am confirming to you as your client that this is an unauthorised debit and why should i go back to this company if i dont have any agreements with them and im telling you this!

The creme de la creme of this unfortunate story is that they could not retrieve the contact details of this third party and they said they will call me back. I am so angry and disappointed at this bank because i had convinced all my friends to change banks.
