Added a Third Party Charge to my Contract

A third party charge was added to my bill, that to on two different contracts. When I queried with the charge MTN said that is a third party charge of which I have no knowledge. It's shocking and scary to learn that MTN just accepts a claimed third party charge on your behalf with no authorization from the account holder. MTN further claimed they will no refund the amounts billed! They further want me to contact these companies directly to cancel, MTN did provide contact numbers, however the number does not exist. Just would want MTN to rectify their mistake as they should never have accepted a third party bill on behalf of their clients.
