Poor and absolute no service

We recently have problems with our DSL line (WiFi) at home - yes the only company that provides these services (DSL lines) is Telkom. We have since last week on a daily basis phoned to try and have the problem resolved. The first issue is to come through to a call centre operator - it take on average 15-20 min and sometimes even longer to speak to someone. Secondly they (call centre) constantly confirm that the problem has been attended to and then when asked if the line is working from there side - they reply they can see the line is not working - I mean hallo what the. Thirdly we requested that a technician be sent to our home to check and rectify the problem as we pay for something that is worthless and useless at this stage. We received a call Monday confirming that a technician will be dispatched and will call before he attends. Yes and can you believe it it is Wednesday and we phoned again this morning - and with great apologies (which is unacceptable) were promised that the matter would again be escalated via email - to who knows who? This is tipical of a company and State owned institution with no pride no customer service and absolutely the worst service ever.
