My phone was sent for repairs, on 6th January, got it back and response was it could not be fixed. Thats fine, but before I sent my phone in it was accepting my sim card, when I got it back it didn't even switch on. I got the switch button repaired and it switches on now BUT it does not accept my sim card. I took it to reliable people (obviously not MTN staff!) and the error is that the phone is not registered on the network! It is blacklisted! Obviously when MTN in SImmonds street sent the phone for repairs, they they blocked my phone! It is my phone with an upgraded contract for just 7 months and they have the audacity to block my phone!? I have a problem with MTN every six months, they up until now have not sorted out the billling as well! Furthermore, I got a call from MTN in Simmonds str Jhb from someone saying my phone is ready for collection and is in working order! I go there during study leave (obviously MTN does not understand study!) it turns out that a consultant asked the cleaning lady to call customers and she called me, not knowing that my phone was not fixed! I mailed Mpho about my phone on Monday 26th and up until today 29th no response. (Not surprised!)
