I have requested my 2 contracts (0812816450 & 0812802535) to be cancelled when they expire (31/12/2013) but January came and after one of these complaints they cancelled them on 3 January. On my latest payment I was still billed for another month of these contracts.
I want my 2x R90 refunfed!
