On my previous complaint I mentioned that Mtn did not credit my account with Data Bundle since October, and now they decide to credit my account on 27/01/2014 with only 150MB for just one month.
Mtn still needs to credit my account with Data Bundle from October 2013 till January 2014 (Four months of Data).
Again I am still not receiving the service I am paying for; I don't miss my monthly payments towards my contract. I don't know what they expect me to do, the service is really bad and their consultants are not helpful
I received a SMS on 21/01/2014 saying that my 24 month contact is ending on 10/04/2014; my contract is for 24 month. This is crazy I renewed my contact in September 2013 how can my contract end in April 2014.. I need Mtn to come back to me regarding this matter, I need this corrected urgently.
