Same story, no data received and no answers. As of the 1st of January 2014, my 2 gig of data was not allocated to me. I was on the internet and unaware that this data had not yet been allocated to myself. This usage then used up my talk time at the out of bundle rate. On the 2nd January 2014, I phoned your customer care and reported this. I was told that the data had not been allocated and will be given a response in 24 hours. After various calls the consultants cannot give me any answers as they are waiting for the "back office" to give them an answer. This has not happened. It is now the 10th January 2014 and still no response. Vodacom, please respond to the following questions: When will my data be allocated to me? Why was it not allocated on the 1st January 2014? What is being done to stop this from happening again? When will my talk time be refunded to me that was eaten up by your out of bundle rate (R100-19)? I do not understand why this data cannot be allocated. What is the problem. Unnecessary costs on my side, i.e. purchasing extra talk time as well as purchasing an extra data bundle. Shame on you Vodacom.
