On the 10th of December 2013 I called mtn call centre as I noticed that my account was extremely high, we finally figured out that it was due to mtn not loading my data bundle of 1.2gb and I was charged for all the usage. The lady gave me a reference number and said that I would be debited within 7 to 21 days, on 6th of January 2014 I phoned the call centre again as I did receive my data bundle but did not receive any refund for the previous accounts, once again I received a e-mail from mtn with a reference number and the supervisors assurance that someone will contact me by Monday the 13th of January 2014 to let me know what was happening, I am still waiting for them to call me. When I phoned this morning I am still not receiving any joy. I am getting very annoyed now.
