Poor Service - Upgrades

I requested an upgraded phone which was delivered to me on 15 January 2014. I contacted Yvonne Chauke telephonically to say its not the right phone, they must pick it up and replace it. It is two weeks later today, I have phoned in several times, I have e-mail several times, but no one comes back to me about what is happening with my upgrade. No one has come to pick up the phone, Vodacom doesn't phone or email me back on the status, I also contacted Nelly Dube since I wanted to cancel my contract and he assured me he would get back to me the same day with an update, it has now been a week and I have not heard from him. I phoned in to speak to a supervisor, who still hasn't returned my call. This is how you treat a client whose loyalty you want to retain?? The customer service is so non-existent and apalling that I will be cancelling my contract, regardless of the fact that you made me sign a new 28 month contract when the wrong phone was delivered and are making me pay 75% of the remainder of the contract! There are far better deals than yours out there...
