I have a contract with MTN, it is a top up contact, and this means on the 12th of every month they top up my account with R100 air time, 150 MB of data and 25 sms's.
They have not credited my account with the 150 MB from October 2013 to date.
I called their call centre number 808 and the consultants insist that I am receiving date even though I tell them I do not.
On Thursday 16/04/2014 I visited the MTN shop at Woodlands Mall Pretoria and a gentleman by the name of Rouget assisted me with my query and promises to contact me with feedback which he didn't. I visited the shop again on Saturday, he wrote down my number and said he will call me; again he did not call me.
I called him again yesterday 22/01/2014 on 083 869 8163 to request an update on my query and I asked him why is my query not getting resolved, he said that he has lots of queries and that there were lots more queries before mine.
This is unacceptable, I am paying the required amount to MTN as per our contract agreement and I expect to receive the service that I am paying for.
Kindly assist me to resolve this, MTN must credit my account with the 150 MB data backdated to October 2013.
