Extreme lack of service

My data contract was due to expire on the 13th of this month, I therefore sent an email as per MTN's request to the retentions department over a month before the contract was due to expire, requesting that the contract be terminate on the date of expiry. After waiting with no reply's, except for that automated response, I sent another email requesting an update. I have now sent numerous emails to the retentions department, customer service department and the webmaster email, I have even sent queries through the Mtn website as well as tried phoning but get left on hold for 15minutes. I have received read receipts and automated responses but not once has anyone actually replied.
I have also physically gone into the MTN shop in Canal Walk with all my emails etc and spoke to a consultant that made me fill out a form and copied my ID. He then sent all the documentation in to his main office to be sorted. I am still waiting for someone to contact me from MTN to notify me that this matter is resolved. I refuse to pay next months bill as it was due to the extreme lack of service on MTN's side that this has not been sorted in due course.
