I have sent numerous emails now regarding different topics to the examination centre, one I sent in July/August and still to date no reply, it was a matter of urgency and once again I have sent another request for information, in which I received an automated response saying they had logged my request and I would receive a reply shortly, that is going on a month ago and still no response. What is the point of paying for studies etc, when you have urgent queries, no phone number to contact somebody on and then they say that it will be better with the use of an email system. I can understand that there are thousands of students with requests, however this does not mean you can just ignore all your emails. We pay a lot of money to study through UNISA and then just get ignored by the people who are supposedly interested in their students future. It is impossible to get hold of anybody in the examinations department for a simple request. Take some interest in peoples requests!!!
