No Answer From The Contact Center... On Hold

I have put through a request for my contract to be canceled, did the whole long chat over the phone the first time just to be told that i would then have to write out an email to their retentions department stating that I would like to cancel my contract. I was told that I would be contacted by the retentions department once this was done, I haven't received a call yet so I'm trying to contact them but as usual their contact center is as slow as their network speeds. Now waiting over 43 Minutes on the line and still no answe
