Issues with shared hosting & failure to rectify

I am the owner of a small law firm that is heavily reliant on emails. We use Web Africa's shared (email) hosting service as an off-site backup for our client-related emails. Customer of WA's since May 2013. I have experienced a number of issues, which I have previously raised with WA (during 2013) and again with the customer service agents and thereafter with the manager (Farrah Abdurahman, NOC Manager) on 13th, 20th, 23rd, 24th and 28th Jan.

Original issue = emails (both those sent and received) were being lost when filed into on-line folders. On WA's recommendation, they advised that they would change the server on which this service was being hosted and assured me that there would be NO ISSUES with our emails, the email service and/or with our numerous folders (containing 1, 000's of emails). This is not the case.

Main ongoing issues for the last 2 weeks: (a) they forgot to copy across the various email folders to the new server; (b) the emails and folders now are showing different no of emails; (c) no call backs despite many promises; (d) manager does not contact me; and (e) extortionate cost of calls when you call their 0860 customer service no. BEWARE OF USING WA!!!
