Failure to Respond to Cancellation Request

I signed a 2 year contract with ADT Roodepoort in February 2012 through Heidi Booysen whom at the time was very friendly and helpful. I am currently 15 months into the contract and unfortunately need to cancel as I am no longer residing at these premises. I have sent numerous emails to Heidi requesting information on cancelling the contract and my emails to her have been ignored.

I eventually gave up trying to contact her and called ADT Head Office and was told to email [Email Removed] with the cancellation notice as cancellations are not done telephonically. It has been over a week and 3 emails later to [Email Removed] and still no contact. I received 2 'Read' receipts from ContactCenterInland [Email Removed] but thus far no one has contacted me via email or telephonically.

ADT should change this email address to [Email Removed] as quite clearly they are ignoring my request. I would appreciate if someone could contact me urgently to resolve and cancel this contract. I am aware that I will be liable for 30% of the remaining contract which I am happy to pay vs. paying the fully amount for a service that I am not using.
