Dear Vodacom

My recent problem that I have pertains to the data billing on my Samsung Galaxy S4. The data used for the month of January came to a proposed bill of R5090.00. Furious to this as how in the sense of life can the data bill be so much? I'm disappointed with the contract as to the phone and options to this phone. Why do you promote the phone without warning customers of the data useage. Outrages! I phoned the customer support and asked wether this contract can be limited to a certain amount. No answer was given. With the failure of service at the financial department to discuss terms of payment, with due respect no one has the money to pay R5000 for a phone per month! we came to no conclusion. The weak and no insight to this matter wants me to cancel both Vodacom contracts I currently have. And asked wether I can migrate to a smaller package I was denied! Why do I want to pay a service provider if no terms of agreemnet can be made between the customer? I do see this matter as serious! I'm a respective customer paying due bills punctually (debit order), but the way to reach a conclusion to all my answers none was provided. Regretting I ever chose Vodacom!
