Billed for data after i purchased once off data

Co incidently on two of my contracts i have purchased once off data on my data contract and a mobile line.
On my data line i noticed my data was almost depleted so i purchased the "once off data" 500 @149 and the same on my phone contract. Both of these were done through the vodacom phone app.

my billing had not gone over the entire month and watched it carefully. only to get to my debit order where it deducted over R1200 instead of R320 odd. Vodacom not taking into account my 500mb data has incurred out of bundle data.. i even have confirmation sms of it being loaded.

My phone contract is again 149 for this month for "month to month "which is not even an option on the mobile option. there is a once off and a recurring and i took the first option.

for both these issues i get told an investigation will happen and it will take 2 weeks for an answer.

for over a day, vodacom systems were offline when i called, and their website didnt work either

when i am contacted i will give the other number in question
