WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

In December my phone got Blocked by Vodacom for some limit I had reached on my account, I phoned them to find out what it was for and they said that my data alone was at R3000.00, so that is the reason I have reached my limit. I asked them to investigate this as it is impossible for me to use all that data, as my phone doesn't even have 3G capabilities, and as their data tech guy told me, I would have to be downloading things for a week straight to reach that amount of data used. No one from Vodacom has come back to me Regarding my complaint and its been a month now, after they said it will take 14 working days. I don't want to pay this ridiculous bill. yesterday and today I tried to stop my debit order through the call centre, they say they send me a form by e-mail I must fill in, but I never get that e-mail. its like Vodacom has no regard for their customers at all. I am not going to pay that bill and I don't want to be a customer of Vodacom anymore!
