When I upgraded in July 2013 my average for the 3 lines was plus minus R650... November I got a bill for and a debit order for R1171.28 went of my account. December an amount of R9129.52 was going of on debit order, yesterday my January invoice is R9302.13 that will be going of on debit order... I spoke to customer services on the beginning on January and went to Clearwater branch to get the MY LIMIT REQUEST FORMS that was filled in store on the 18 of July 2013... the branch fax or emailed it to head office... I spoke to customer service on the 14th, 17th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, and 27th relating to this issue. and I requested a refund. The MY LIMIT REQUEST form that I completed for all 3 numbers was for the amount of R400 per cell number... I feel this is unprofessional, and neglect to look after a client... Why do Autopage has a MY LIMIT REGUEST FORM if it is not been taken note of. if I had to rate the company now, I would give the brand a 3 out of 10 and client service 2 out of ten. if anybody would ask me to recommend a cell phone company it would definitely not be Autopage, due to the non service I received from the company
