Idiculous phone account - poor service

Ad service - had my contract for nearly 20 years which my wife now uses. 3 months back i upgraded my contract and selected an i phone for her. when speaking to the consultant i told her that i needed a package to support data etc. i chose the 2nd to highest monthly package made available to me on the day, and was told that the data allowance would more than cover usage for browsing, facebook etc. The first month my bill was over R6000. we made contact with them and received no help or advise to ensure it did not re-occur. the second month my bill was over R10000. I went into vodacom customer care and asked for an explanation but was basically told that its correct due to data. when i advised her that i would like to take it further she said i would be wasting my time as vodacom would refer me to the small print. i told her that the consultant did not explain data rates nor did she offer me a data bundle at the time of the upgrade. when i asked if vodacom could assist with a payment plan she replied by saying that vodacom would not assist with a payment plan unless my account was in arrears. today i received a phone call from vodacom stating that my bill for the third month is alre
