Impossible data charges

I have been a Vodacom customer for years but for more than 6 months now I am getting outrages accounts for apparent data charges. The phone I'm using, a Nokia C6, according to Vodacom employees is not even able to download the amount of data I am being charged for. The touch screen of my phone became malfunctioned a few months ago, and after it has been repaired by Vodacom for this, the outrages accounts started coming.

I recently phoned Vodacom and after 2 to 3 weeks I was called back by a friendly Vodacom employee, however, I was only refunded R500 and she said that she could only trace back the accounts 3 months.

Again, this month I received an outrages account.

I am waiting now for the last two months of my contract to finish and then I am changing to Cell C. I simply cannot afford Vodacom and the data they keep charging that I am certainly NOT using!! Strangely enough, this has also happened to a colleague of mine.

My phone broke again and until my contract finishes I am using a phone and am NOT linked to the internet again. Would love to see if I'll be charge for data usage during this time.

What a huge disappointment!!
