Ive recieved 2 bills in 2 months the first being over 2500 and then februarys bill being over 3700 rand. i phoned vodacom and explained that that amount of data usage must be impossible as i only use the internet every now and then. i also purchased 2.5gb of data in these 2 months on data bundles. i phoned vodacoms customer servise on Friday but the person who answered the phone couldnt even view my acount usage for the previous month as it was already the next month (what a good system?). he sent my claim through to the data dept who phoned me today (at least the service is quick) but only to hear that in a period of 12 days where i did not have a active data bundle i supposedly used up over 2 gb of data. i mean whatsapp now and then, maybe facebook and checking email once a day cant take up that amount of data. and even worse than that if i am not using the 3g on my phone i switch it off so as to ensure i do not recieve bills like these.

ive been a vodacom customer for about 9 years now and im going to cancel all my contracts with vodacom as i do not have faith in them anymore
