Phone Upgrade a month ago still no phone!!!

I'm very very angry with the level of service offered by Vodacoms Contact Centre for Business Upgrades!! I upgraded my contract telephonically on 31/12/2013 as I thought this would be more convenient due to delivery. Ram then delivered my phone without informing me and then updated their records saying that i was not contactable and the order was closed. When I contacted Vodacom Nelisiwe Manuku resubmitted my order and assured me that my phone will be delivered to me whilst i am on holiday. Today, the day before I depart from my holiday destination, I contacted RAM at 17h30 and they confirmed that the order was closed and phone sent back to Vodacom. I then called vodacom 17h35 and spoke to Felicia Gqamane who said to me that Ram is closed and she can only assist me the next day, when i told her that Ram is still open as I just spoke to someone there she insisted they were closed. When I asked her what should I do as I am returning to JHB and am worried that my cell phone will be delivered to the wrong address. Her response was that SHE DOES NOT KNOW?? Really Vodacom??? Is this the standard of your level of service?? Where is my phone??? I will get into my own car and collect it!
