I purchased an online data bundle through the Vodacom website (mygig5 onceoff) to add to my current data package. At the time of purchasing the 5 gig data bundle I had 200 mb on my monthly contract. I was charged immediately (399) for the once off 5gig data bundle BUT I was not allocated the 5 gig data. All data usage above my monthly contract is now charged at 8.91 per mb... and I am still not allocated my 5 gig data bundle although I have been billed already.
I logged a query with Vodacom 4 days ago, (ref: S3-T9T3P-PGK6U) and was assured it would all be fixed in 48 hours... 4 days later and still response as yet.
CAN SOMEONE IN VODACOM PLEASE FIX.
