Upgraded, BBM to S4 Nobody advised to cancel BIS

The service provided to clients is absolutely appalling, never any technical assistance if needed! If you call the store for assistance (where you obtained the contract) the staff can barely assist without needing to speak to a manager. Which is always too busy to assist (therefore I assume everybody is calling to complain). I tried to speak to a manager regarding my BIS service which is still active, I upgraded to a different package and got myself the galaxy S4 which does not require BIS, but still this has been added to my package or the individual whom loaded my contract never deactivated this service. The individual who assisted me never stated that this will need to be cancelled or advised me to cancel the BIS service. I called Vodacom (Ref Number 327363608) and they assisted me in cancelling the BIS service, they also stated that the store should have alerted me to cancel this, but for some reason never alerted me to this fact.

Still awaiting the manager's call, regarding reimbursing the money deducted for services not used!!!
