I Phoned this morning to cancel my contract, I have THREE contracts with Vodacom. I phone the care line who refer me to Cancellation. I sat on the phone for 15 minutes before I gave up and tried to phone sales. Surprise surprise the call was answered within seconds. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nowazi Khumalo who stated she could not assist me. I then requested to speak to a line manager and was advised that there wasn't one manager on the entire Vodacom floor/ building. She stated that I need to phone upgrades or cancellations to complain and refused to assist me. In my entire span with Vodacom this is the worst service. Why must I wast hours of my time trying to cancel my contract on the 1st of the month so that Vodacom doesn't bill me. UNACCEPTABLE service. I demand that this be sorted out. I also strongly suggest that you relook your staffing ratios... the fact that you don't have anyone managing your staff is not acceptable. The fact that I have to wait so long to get through to a telecommunications provider is unacceptable.. the fact that you cannot transfer between service is unacceptable. I will be spreading this "great" service to everyone I know!
