I called the cancellations department, spoke to a lady Pumza Yamila who refuse to assist me as i could not tell her what type of contract i have with vodacom, all i can say that i've taken 2 contracts with blackberry's but due to me not been able to confirm this information, she refuse to help me and go on further in my request. Her senior Thobile Sibiya also refuse to assist me although i asked to speak to her manager.
i must say this is the worst service which i received ever, all i needed was to give notice with regards to cancel my contract, which i cannot do..i must now go the a vodacom branch to cancel my contract.
