Difficulty obtaining data usage

Phoned the call centre on 28 Nov 13 for a monthly usage summary for the previous 6 months on my Broadband Lite data contract. Was told it would take 7 days to get.

By Mon 9/12, I'd heard nothing, so phoned the MTN call centre again. I'm now told it takes between 10-15 days and I should wait until the end of the week. Still nothing.

So I phone again on 17/12 (19 days since the intial request). The call centre operator says he will mark the request as "Urgent".

On 30/12, I phone again. They say it takes 30 days, I say it is now day 32! I ask to speak to the Supervisor and she says he will phone me back. He does phone back, but the line is so bad I cannot hear a word he is saying and the call is cut off. He does not phone back.

10/1/14, 43 days since the initial request. The call centre operator now tells me that the request has NOT been escalated! I'm told the request will now be escalated with an email sent to the correct department. I'm not holding my breath.

My call on 20/1 (Day 53) reveals that no response has been received by the relevant department. I ask to speak to a Supervisor, told he will call me back.

27 Jan: Still no call!

What inconpetence! Something so simple.
