Hi my phone reached its monthly limit and got soft locked. I logged a request on monday to request an increase on my monthly cap and 300mb data bundles to be loaded on my number, today on wednesday there still no data loaded on my phone I called call centre to enquire about the matter at 10am, Zolani told me that the consultant who assisted me told him that my bundles were not issued into the network that was after holding for about 5 minutes and he said he will call me to notify me immediately after they action my request, now 4 hours later still no phone call from him, i called to enquire a lady by the name of Lina (not sure) told me made me hold only to come back to me and tell me that Zolani the guy i spoke to in the morning has requested that the forward my call to him so he can explain the delay and the process. my issue is my phone is off now cos im afraid of accumulated more cost for data. please assist
