Trying to claim for a week

I need to make a claim from my insurance for one of my cars which a friend is designated to drive.
1. Tried using MiXpress to claim and got error message saying I was not permitted to make this claim.
2. Called the call centre and left a request for call back on the 3/7/13, 3 days later still no call back. Called in the claims department - was put through to some message center the person there told me there is currently no one free to take my call. Asked to speak to supervisor of Claims Dept she told me the supervisor (Cornel Swanepoel) cannot speak to me she will rather take my details and call me back on the same day (Having spent 21 minutes on my cellphone)

Today 5/7/13 12:45 still no call back (not even a voicemail message) called the centre again and left another request for call back. I'm getting tired of people claiming to be the best but cannot even be contacted. I have two cars on this policy and never claimed. Now getting the run around, if you don't want my business just say so, the are plenty of insurers out there.
