EXTREAME DATA CHARGES!!!

Hi,

I have a Samsung galaxy s3 GT-i9300.

From the 1st -15th December 2013 vodacom has been apparently billing me out of bundle rates despite me having a bundle in place as of the my vodacom app summary and my data usage amounts to over R7000 within 15 days. Virtually impossible as I only update my applications via wifi irrespective on whether mobile data is on or off. Only mobile usage was whatsapp, emails, facebook, and browsing the net etc.
I logged a query for vodacom to investigate on the 16th December 2013 and I have never heard from them to date, despite calling them numerous times requesting an urgent resolution but all i get is transfered from one department to another with "request pending" and to explain my situation to every call centre agent that I get put through to. I demanded to speak to a supervisor or someone who is willing enough to assist me, they told me I will get a phone call from so and so but hey guess what, NOTHING happend. Both my contract phones have been suspended despite vodacoms accounts department stating that I am not in any arrears and my lines are active

I am fed up of this as a simple investigation was needed to take place.
