Wrong phone delivered, 1 week later, no answers!!

I was contacted by Vodacom to upgrade my contract on Wed the 21st of August. I requested a white iPhone 4. On Friday the 23rd a black iPhone 4 was delivered which I rejected and sent back with the delivery guy. I immediately phoned customer care and the agent issued a service request. I received an sms stating I'd be contacted within 24 hours. Since it was weekend I waited till midday Monday and then called again. This time around the person escalated the issue and said I'd be contacted. On Tuesday I received a call from Vodacom, to offer me an upgrade again (clearly unaware of what's been documented on the system?!). I explained my situation and it was escalated on the system again.By Wed (28th) afternoon I phoned again. After being on the line for 15 minutes the agent dropped my call and didn't phone back. I phoned again and was told by yet another agent to phone the after sales department. They told me to phone the upgrade department. At this point I requested to speak to a supervisor but the agent insisted he'd sort it out. According to him he'd restart the process and sent me another service request no. via sms. Again no contact. I've been upgraded and still have no phone!!!
