Simple upgrade turned nightmare

I am trying to upgrade my telkom internet line to a 10meg unshaped line and decided to go to the telkom store in Canal Walk on Saturday. Apparently they do not do line upgrades or cancelations in the store ironically called "Telkom Direct", I should call the call centre... and then it started. I just got off a hour long call, speaking to 3 different consultant. Quick summary: consultant 1 told me they cant offer me the product, I aggitated and asked to be put through to cancelations. Consultant 2: Cancelations lady tells me she can offer me the product, which was great, untill her system gave her an error after 10 min, and had to put me through to consultant 3, Godfrey. Then I realise consultant 2 puts me throught to the wrong department, because he couldnt help me either. Holding on a line for 45min, after paying telkom more than R500 per month is unacceptable. I am expecting someone from telkom to call me back, text me, email me, or even better, just upgrade me to an 10mbps unshaped 10gb capped line!!!
