NO ADSL

We have had no ADSL since Wednesday the 22nd of January 2014, and no technician has been available since then to sort out the problem with line. Our business has come to a stand still and there has been loss of income as a result and our client service has dropped. Please can someone help I am out of options. Reference: 187CEK220114.
