Contract Upgrade Failure

I am an 8ta subscriber, I have two lines with the operator. I received a call that one of my line was due for upgrade 3 weeks ago, I must go to an 8ta/Telkom Direct store to upgrade. I went to the Telkom Direct in Centurion to upgrade but the order was referred to national office. The assistant never came back to me with feedback regarding my upgrade.
I went back to the same shop to follow up. I was told that they were offline, I was then referred to the 8ta/Telkom Mobile shop in centurion where I was told that my upgrade failed. However the consultant told me that the previous person who did the upgrade didn't take all the required documents hence the failure. I called the call centre to find out f I am eligible for upgrade the told me that my record looks good and they don't see why I couldn't get my upgrade.
I then went back to the Centurion 8ta Shop to do the upgrade and again it failed. It is becoming a frustration for me because I need my line and I believe that I have been paying my cell phone bill accordingly. I am frustrated by the failure to upgrade, in such a way that I don't know what to do now.
