Pathetic service and query still not resolved!

A complaint with regards to the opening of my account
I went in to the Telkom Direct store at the Glen for a new line on the Telkom Simple -which is R399 pm for 5GB internet and Free Weekend and Evening plans.
I'm not sure if the staff at the Glen are incompetent or if they don't understand the products which Telkom has on offer, but on my statement there is nothing which refers to the Telkom Simple product offer which i am supposed to be on. They've got me loaded on a TI unshaped basic package 1 GB for reason. as a result my first invoice and statement received from Telkom is a complete disaster!
I have queried the invoice with accounts and have ref number 27020968. This was also a very frustrating process - I called accounts who transferred me to sales who tranferred me back to accounts (having to verify my details with each transfer!!)
Two weeks after the query it is still not resolved. the next month invoice still has me loaded on the incorrect package and Telkom wants to suspend my line due to their incompetence.
Very disappointed with Telkom, firstly for loading incorrect information on the product offering which i chose and secondly for the service in tryng to resolve it!!
