I was impressed with how efficient hello Peter works and now understand why Vodacom is on top of the list with turning complaints into compliments.

I will commend you on how quickly you responded but please understand that a response is not enough.
After customer services contacted me about the issue they assured me that it has been attended to and that the shop in question will contact me as soon as they get stock of the iphone 5c. I have not heard anything since and I have again started phoning the vodacom shops to find out whether they have stock and the situation is exactly the same (No stock and no clue as to when there will be)

I really don't know what to do anymore. I really want to upgrade my phone and seeing as it is a 24 month contract I would love to have the phone of my choice as well as a cost effective contract but it seems this won't be happening.

In the January edition of the vodacom mag the advert for a trade in of the iphone 4 (the one I currently have) on the 5c on a smart S comes with 500Mb additional data which is crucial to a smartphone contract is clearly posted.

HAS VODACOM NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE IPHONE 5C IN JANUARY?
This can't be true... I'm fed up.
