On Monday, 28 January2013, I upgraded my ADSL line from a 2Mb line to a 4Mb line, since then my ADSL service is not working. If I call Telkom Online (10210), none of the consultants in any of the ADSL departments, can't help me, because they say the line I am reporting is not an ADSL line, but I have used it for the last 2 years as an ADSL line without any problems. They say I must speak to the Services department to activate my ADSL service, if I speak to them, they check on my account and say my 4Mb ADSL service is activated and my uncapped internet is also activated, they can't help me, I must speak to the ADSL department, so it seems that nobody can help me at Telkom. I have called several times, and have been put through from one consultant to another, and if I tell the consultant, I don't want to be put through to another consultant again, they say they will send that department a email and my service will be restored and they will call me, but my service haven't be restored and they don't ever call. The one consultant said he can see on the system my services was deleted and not upgraded, but he said he can't see why it was deleted.
